Instant Messaging is a core functionality of the LinKey App. When a customer sends a property search or a listing “assignment”, the selected agents instantly receive an email, a phone notification and an instant message in their LinKey “HotBox”.
The selected agent can accept or decline customer “assignment requests” from his LinKey “HotBox”. The customer is immediately notified with an email and an instant message with the agent response in his LinKey “HotBox”.
