Your property listings reported as sold under 'Manage' -> 'My Listings' -> 'Sold' will show a red stamp 'Sold' label if the customer who has entered the property listing or all the agents who haved listed the same property also report it as sold.

If a Dubai Agent reports a property as sold, a Hot Message will be sent to all other Dubai Agents and the Customer or Non-Dubai Agent who has entered the property (if applicable) to confirm the sale of the property. A non-response to the Hot Message will be considered like a confirmation that the property has been sold.

If a Customer or Non-Dubai Agent reports a property as sold, the property will be placed under 'My Listings' -> 'Sold' for all the Dubai Agents that were assigned to the listing. No Hot Message will be sent to the assigned Dubai Agents as no sales confirmation will be required.
